Be careful when you see that word “luxury” described for an apartment. I have seen apartments that used that term just because it had a dishwasher in it and nothing else. Everyone is going to have their own interpretations/definition of what is considered a “luxury ” in an apartment. Of course the best thing for you to do is to see it for yourself!

I agree with Sue B, just remember these words can be tossed around loosely and need to be verified on a case by case basis. Landlords often stretch the truth.
